The current Tournament plans are Youth Organization at $199.99 per year and Tournament Director at $349.99 per year. Each permits two activated Director computers. Tournament Cloud is included; a scorer, mat display or public viewer does not consume a Director activation.
Open License Center, enter the issued MC license key and choose Activate License. Initial online activation requires Internet. Keep the key private.
For an online purchase, complete the hosted checkout, return to License Center and choose Check Purchase Status. If the entitlement is not issued, contact MatCommand support; do not repeat a charge to troubleshoot.
For offline activation, use Create Offline License Request; send the request file to MatCommand, then import the privately signed license file supplied in return.
Before an update, choose Save Now and Export Full Event Backup. Install the signed update over the current app, not during a live bout. Reopen Tournament and verify its revision and saved event.
Offline tournament protection
After authorization, a started local tournament continues scoring, results, displays, recovery and exports without Internet. Cloud publication waits for connectivity. A Youth Organization standard-format event may need one-time online authorization before its first start.
The previous public event
A Cloud license can publish one event at a time. If Publish Online reports another event, confirm that it may end before selecting End Previous Event & Publish This One. Continue Locally is always available.
